The Shumacher Group Logo

The Shumacher Group is an Atlanta-based real estate company that specializes in two principal areas: site selection for regional and national restaurant and retail chains and the sale of existing restaurants and businesses. In addition the company lists surplus properties and selected sub-leases. Other services provided are business evaluations, lease re-negotation, expert witness testimony, and consulting.

The majority of the company’s work is in Georgia and metro Atlanta but we have worked throughout the Southeastern United States directly or through referrals with other brokerage companies. Through our affiliation with Retail Brokers Network, The Shumcher Group can assist with real estate services nationwide.

The Shumacher Group was founded in 1987 and has successfully negotiated hundreds of transactions. The Shumacher Group is considered as the market leaders in Restaurant Real Estate in Metro Atlanta and is fondly known as “the restaurant guys.”
