The Shumacher group today sold “The Five Spot” in Little Five Points and it took only two weeks after putting in under contract in only three days. Steve Josovitz of The Shumacher Group, Inc. represented the Seller in said transaction. This Atlanta Intown live music club has been established for almost ten years by same Owner. The new Owners are May and Bryan and May Aust.
