With ICSC Vegas less attended this year it is obvious that many National restaurant and retail chains are expanding. Many smaller companies just cannot obtain
bank financing. Others have lines of credit and are expanding. California Pizza Kitchen recently opened at the Forum Shops in Norcross. The adjacent restaurant Harry’s Pacific Kitchen stopped construction dead in its track. An empty restaurant is now sitting empty and unfinished next to a bustling CPK. Many other National, Regional and local restaurant groups like Twisted Taco, Tilted Kilt, Taco Mac and tons of fast casual concepts are expanding dramatically by franchising their brand.
