IT’S A DEAL. The former Allegro on Dutch Valley Road will have a new concept coming soon.
Andy Alibakhsh, the owner of Apres Diem and Carpe Diem, has teamed with Arnaud Michel, owner of Anis Café & Bistro, signing a lease to take over the slot in the Belvedere building. The yet-to-be-named restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant will feature a casual café and posh bar.
Steve Josovitz, vice president of restaurant broker The Shumacher Group Inc., represented the landlord, Highlands Real Estate, in the deal.
