The Shumacher Group, Inc. has leased restaurant space to Partners Roderick Pierre and John Birchette. The Shumacher Group, Inc. and Steve Josovitz represented Landlord in said transaction. Steam Koffee is leasing space at the 5300 Lofts at 5300 Peachtree Road, Chamblee, GA.

Our dream of opening a place where a community of passionate coffee and food lovers could gather has finally been realized right here at Chamblee Village in the heart of historic Chamblee, we are Steam Koffee.  We are an urban coffee shop, café and lounge serving a diverse group of patrons bringing all of the Chamblee community and outlying metro areas together.  Steam Koffee wants you to “savor every waking moment.”   Steam Koffee serves a variety of delicious coffee from its coffee bar, enticing pastries, cheese plates and desserts complimented with a wine selection that is fine tuned with an international flavor of soothing sounds in the background.

Chamblee Village equipped restaurant, retail & office space available for immediate occupancy.  Located at the base of  5300 Lofts a stunning 243-unit luxury condo, retail and office mixes use project located in the heart of historic downtown Chamblee at 5300 Peachtree Road, Chamblee, GA 30341 directly across from the Chamblee Marta Station affording easy access for commuting and easy staffing. Minutes to all major highway,Buckhead, Brookhaven, Dunwoody, three regional malls and close to colleges and surrounded by tons of middle to hi income residences.

Downtown Chamblee has been preserved has an early 20th century railroad community. Many of the buildings are of historic vintage, and the district has architectural similarities to other similar former railroad communities, such as Decatur and Norcross. Much of the downtown businesses are devoted to Chamblee’s antique industry, but that has been changing. The district has attracted significant commercial development since 2000, including lofts and townhomes. The Chamblee MARTA Station and City Hall are both located downtown.
