Shumacher Group Sells Former Johnny Carino’s, Warner Robins; La Parilla Expanding
The Shumacher Group Inc. is pleased to announce the purchase of the former Johnny Carino’s, located at 2707 Watson Boulevard in Warner Robins, Georgia. The 6,551 square foot building, located on 2.06 acres of land, was purchased by La Parilla. The restaurant is expected to open in early 2016 after an extensive renovation.
Harold Shumacher, Kathy Thirolf and Peter Kruskamp, represented the Sellers, Spearman Investments, Inc., a privately held Investment Group. Irving Jacobson, also of the Shumacher Group, Inc. represented the purchasers.
In addition, Kathy Thirolf and Peter Kruskamp represented Dr. Paul Colon in the successful sale of approximately two acres on Forest Parkway, in Forest Park, Georgia. The purchasers, Spigey Management Corporation, will develop a medical office complex.
