The Shumcher Group, Inc. has sold Cheyenne Grill. Steve Josovitz of The Shumcher Group, Inc. represented the Seller Jeff Landau Owner of Metrotainment in the brokering of the business and represented new Operators Michael Gross and Fred Barber in negotiating a new long term lease.
The sale of Cheyenne Grill will allow Jeff Landau to focus on growing his other concept, the very successful Hudson Grill chain. Cheyenne Grill is a fifteen year old Atlanta favorite that still was making a very healthy profit affording the new Operators an incredible opportunity to hit the ground running.
David Smedlum who is know best for his long term stint with Here To Serve and opening GM of LOLA will be a managing partner infusing incredible operational experience.
