This was the sale of two very profitable units including Candler Park on McLendon Avenue that started it all. The other unit was 1001 Piedmont at 12th in Midtown at the gates of Piedmont Park. The Shumacher Group, Inc. and Steve Josovitz represented the Seller, Raving Brands in this transaction as well securing the Buyer thru its marketing efforts.
