The Shumacher Group, Inc. has sold Sprouts Green Cafe at the gates of Emory University in Emory Village. Steve Josovitz of The Shumacher Group, Inc. represented the Seller in this transaction. Sprouts Green Cafe is located at 1579 N. Decatur Road, Atlanta, GA 30307. The new concept will be a cutting edge hip taqueria and bar named Bad Dog Taqueria. The new Owners are Tracy Mitchell and accomplished Chef Liz Hernandez.
