The Shumacher Group, Inc and Steve Josovitz represented the Landlord a NYC based real estate investment firm.
SUGAR SHACK is counting on this hi traffic location at the intersection of Flat Shoals and close to South Dekalb Mall to be the catalyst for their success and growth. Sugar Shack will be a freestanding 3,087 sq. ft. with tons of parking and drive thru on 1.16 acres with a date o f opening to be announced.
