Our award winning bread comes straight from Costanzo’s bakery, right in the heart of Buffalo, New York. Take one bite of our Raikes Farms Pastrami and Corned Beef Brisket-“You’ll Feel like in Your Favorite N.Y. Deli”.

We use Bumble Bee Albacore Tuna & our chicken salad is made by Sally Sherman using all white meat chicken and Hellman’s Real Mayonnaise. We are proud to give our customers what no one else out there can, premium products at everyday affordable prices.

We will also pass on to you the BIG price breaks we get through our national contracts with vendors. Once you’re on board, we’ll give you a confidential Operations Manual, which contains details of all aspects of the business (including our top trade secrets).
