About Felipe Rivera:

I have been in the restaurant and hospitality business for several years here in Atlanta. I co-founded Botanico Kitchen & Bar in Buckhead in 2017, and since 2021, I have owned and operated Palo Santo, a modern Mexican-inspired restaurant and rooftop lounge in West Midtown. Most recently, I founded ORNO Cantina & Parrilla in Bogotá, Colombia, which opened in 2024. It is a Mexican-style steakhouse and cantina concept that combines Latin flavors with a lively, modern dining experience.

From Seller:

13 Years of Love, Laughter & Seafood

Let’s Celebrate Together
After over a decade of slinging oysters and pouring stiff drinks at our home on Crescent Avenue, it is with a heavy but grateful heart that we announce the closing of Lure, our beloved Saltwater Kitchen.

This wasn’t an easy call — places like this don’t come around often. Lure has been a love letter to the coast, written in crudo, cocktails and conversation. It’s been the scene of first dates, late nights, last rounds, and legendary happy hours. And none of it would’ve meant a thing without you.

We are humbled and filled with gratitude for the love this city has shown us. To all of the guests and team members who have made Lure such a special place, we want to say “thank you.” But ideally, not in an email… We’d rather say it in person over a Tackle Box and a Supressor Spritz. So, come on out and raise a glass with us to celebrate this amazing place.
And if you can’t make it out, we hope to see you soon at your other favorite Fifth Group concepts (where our Lure staff will transfer to and continue to serve you), or maybe somewhere new wink wink as we continue sailing toward bold and exciting opportunities.

So, come on by and help us celebrate – with full hearts and full plates – before we close our doors one last time on August 30th. But there’s more – whether you already have a party booked with us or you want to book an event in our space, we’ll still be offering Group Dining options until the end of the year!

With gratitude,
The Lure Team
