We pride ourselves in our promise to Sellers to get an NDA executed prior to giving out any information on there business for sale or lease being marketed discreetly and confidentiality. Additionally, we pre-qualify by requesting proof of funding. These steps ensure that Buyer is qualified and able to actually get to Closing without wasting a Seller or Landlords time.
