Peter Kruskamp, The Shumacher Group, works with buyer, Cate Powell, owner of The Intown Retreat, to buy freestanding building to open Decatur’s only comprehensive day spa.
The Intown Retreat Spa and Wellness offers yoga, sauna, massage, and lounge. The Intown Retreat is a space for those in the Decatur and the wider-Atlanta area to build community.
Kruskamp worked hard to find a creative way to find the perfect deal for all parties.

Peter Kruskamp is President and Qualifying Broker for The Shumacher Group. He’s been with TSG since 2011, working side by side with company founder and President Harold Shumacher, who unexpectedly passed away in April, 2020.
