The Shumacher Group, Inc, Irving Jacobson and Steve Josovitz represented Sweet Hut Bakery & Cafe in this transaction. This is the second transaction representing Sweet Hut Bakery & Cafe having located and negotiated their highly successful Midtown unit.
Sweet Hut Bakery & Cafe Kennesaw will be a brand new state of the art build from ground up. This Sweet Hut Bakery & Cafe will be 6,000/sf spaces on a parcel directly in front of the Super Wal-Mart Center on Chastain Meadow Parkway.
