The Tenants are Egg Harbor a 17-unit full service hi caliber casual breakfast and lunch cafe based out of the Midwest. Irving Jacobson of The Shumacher Group, Inc. represented Egg Harbor in its lease negotiations. This unit located in the Parkside at Sandy Springs Shoping Center will be Egg Harbor’s second location in Georgia.
