The Shumacher Group, Inc. and Steve Josovitz just executed a lease transaction today with Robert Moreveck a Licensee of Olde Towne Tavern & Grille. The Shumacher Group, Inc. in this transaction represented the Tenant AFC Enterprises ( Popeye’s ). The Shumacher Group, Inc. sold Mr. Morevek the Olde Towne Tavern & Grille a year ago at Suwanee Town Center.
Olde Towne Tavern & Grille will be located in the heart of Buckhead and “Restaurant Row” at the ALEXAN a luxury retail and residential complex at 360 Pharr Road between Pricci’s and Atlanta Fish Market and walking distance to NAVA, Capital Grill, Cheesecake Factory, Governors Mansion and Buckhead Village plus several luxury hotels and Hi Rise Condo and office towers that will transform this area to look and feel very similar to Georgetown in DC and Rodeo Drive in LA.
