The Shumacher Group, Inc. did two deals today with Romeo’s NY Pizza located at the Medlock Crossing/Regal Cinema Shopping Center in Johns Creek. First up was the acquisition of the freestanding well established and critically Italia Cafe in Historic Downtown Lawrenceville that will be converted to a Romeo’s NY Pizza. The Shumacher Group, Inc. and Steve Josovitz represented the Seller in this sale. Next for Romeo’s was the lease execution of space at Emory Village right at the gates of Emory University. Romeo’s NY Pizza will occupy a space directly between Yogli Mogli and the soon to open Chipotle. The Shumacher Group, Inc. additionally has just executed leases at Sembler’s Town Brookhaven for Treza an Italian Eatery and Pizzeria out of Little Rock, Arkansas and BAU a Thai restaurant from the folks at Mali Thai Cuisine in Virginia Highlands.
