Steven Josovitz of The Shumacher Group, Inc. was honored at tonights GABB Gala Event with the 2019 “Multi-Million Dollar Club by the Georgia Association of Business Brokers for business brokerage sales in Georgia. This marks another award-winning year for Mr. Josovitz that included business brokerage, leasing, and commercial real estate transactions.
Steve was accompanied tonight by Sheri Josovitz.
Steve Josovitz is awarded the “ GABB Multi-Million Dollar Club” award annually as one of the top-selling restaurant business broker in Georgia and the Nation every year since 1992. In 2018 Steve Josovitz had been awarded the Phoenix Award for being elected to the Million Dollar Club for any 10 years.
As a 27-year GABB Member Steven has attained “Life Member-GABB Million Dollar Club” status and annually has received the “Top Five” award for highest business and restaurant brokerage sales in Georgia and has received GABB’s Listing Agent of the Year.
Steven’s goals and thoughts are always “Making sure all parties – buyers, sellers, and landlords walk away from the closing table happy. Maintaining integrity and honesty along with professionalism and expertise is a must. The needs of your clients and those you work with must always come first before a commission or personal gain.”
Steven Josovitzis vice president of The Shumacher Group, having joined the firm in 1992. As an Associate Real Estate Broker, he heads up the company’s restaurant business brokerage division in addition to providing commercial retail and restaurant real estate site selection, sales and lease negotiation expertise. A former restaurant owner and trained professional chef, Steven has an extensive background in restaurant and hotel management. He also offers consulting, appraisal services and has been retained by law firms for his expert opinion to help settle disputes. Mr. Josovitz earned a B.S. in Hotel/Restaurant Management from Florida International University in 1981 and studied in Europe in addition to graduating from Culinary School at The Statler Hilton Hotel School at SUNY-Sullivan in Upstate NY. in 1979 Mr. Josovitz is a member of the Georgia Restaurant Association, International Council of Shopping Centers and the Retail Brokers Network.
