The Shumacher Group, Inc. just sold MOOD Lounge in Buckhead located at 3081 E. Shadowlawn Ave, Atlanta, Georgia, 30305. Steve Josovitz of The Shumacher Group,Inc. represented Seller in said transaction. Buyers are Justin Breland and Frank Grillo. 

Mood Lounge is a freestanding nightclub, bar and ultra-lounge located in the “heart of Buckhead” Atlanta. Multi-level with large outdoor courtyard. This is a very special intimate  and unique club that is cozy with small crowds but up to hundreds have attended parties both inside and outside on any given nights. Space is stunning with two bars. Buckhead is sometimes promoted as the “Beverly Hills of the South” in reference to Beverly Hills, California, an area to which it is often compared.[3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10]
